Shipping & Returns

Please be aware that the freight price on your order confirmation may not always be what you are actually charged - it is strictly indicative. This is becuase it is automatically populated basedonly on weight and a lot of the orders the freight cost is based on cubic measurement.

If your order is over the free freight threshhold please indicate which relevant freight method you would prefer us to use.  On bulk orders we are more than happy to send some on the courier and some on transport if the need arises.

Overnight Courier

$9 per 25kg Box NZC - for all sizes

 

Bulk Orders

All orders over 125kg will be dispatched via Mainfreight Transport or PBT

 

South Island

Overnight Courier

$16 per 25kg Box NZC

 

Economy Courier (2-Day Service)

From $6.80 to $9.50 per 25kg Box Post Haste

 

Bulk Orders

All orders over 125kg will be dispatched via Mainfreight Transport or PBT at request

 

Additional Delivery Charges

$7 per box to Rural Addresses

$6.50 per box for a Saturday Delivery (only available in urban areas)

 

Credits and Returns

All returns for credit must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Aglink will credit returns within two months from invoice date.  Parts must be in their original condition & freight will be credited on a case by case basis.  Also we offer 100% credit for returns that have a manufacturing fault.

Returns that are received two months or more after the date of invoice may incur a 15% restocking fee & must be arranged with a member of our the sales team prior to goods being sent.

 

 

Minimum Order Quantities

All mower blades and mower bolts have a minimum quantity of 25 (One box).  



Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
